- Birth certificate: retrieving / issuing /duplicateThe following items are required to proceed with this request – copy of customer’s NIC card (duplicate or retrieving), copy of mother’s NIC card, copy of father’s NIC card, “B” form, completed birth registration form, name of hospital or house address where birth took place. - Death certificateThe following items are required to proceed with this request – copy of cantonement board’s death register page where death is recorded, copy of deceased person’s NIC, name of graveyard where deceased is buried, grave number. - National ID Card (NIC) and (NICOP) for Overseas PakistanisNIC customers need to go in person either to the NADRA office in Pakistan or to their local Pakistani counsulate. NICOP customers need to complete the necessary forms and submit along with the relevant paperwork.
- Pakistani passport renewalNote that Pakistan has introduced machine readable passports. Customers need to be physically present in order to get the Pakistani passport request processes. NIC card is mandatory for processing this request.
